Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as a Licensed Practical Nurse on the unit
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policy
Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Assist with care planning and ensure accurate electronic health record documentation
Respond to patient needs and participate in safe, timely handoffs during shift changes
Support infection control practices and maintain a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential or equivalent (eligible to practice in New Mexico)
Basic life support (BLS) certification required or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
Ability to work overnight shifts and collaborate with a diverse care team
Current, unrestricted licensure and adherence to state nursing regulations

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Comfortable with electronic health record charting
Good communication and teamwork with nurses, providers, and support staff
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
