Licensed Nursing Assistant

Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem schedule, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift (as-needed days; 12.5-hour block with 30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Support infection control and safety practices to protect patients and staff
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT or NH licensure recognized)
Current CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Comfortable working per diem with flexible availability
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program or equivalent training; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with basic patient care and ADLs
Ability to measure and document vital signs accurately
Familiarity with basic infection control practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and report clinical changes promptly
