House Supervisor (RN)
Location: El Cajon, CA
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Day (must be flexible with hours as needed)
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily nursing operations across the unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support to direct reports
- Assess and triage patient care needs, making timely decisions and escalating when necessary
- Coordinate staffing, admissions, transfers, and resource allocation to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and improve patient flow
- Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory standards while promoting best practices
Qualifications
- Active California RN License (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience as an RN with direct reports and/or unit oversight (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field preferred
- Flexible availability to accommodate changing unit needs
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and commitment to patient safety
