Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, may be required to work every other Saturday

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision to Occupational Therapy staff, COTAs, and Rehabilitation Technicians
Coordinate clinical education and competency processes to elevate team performance
Ensure full compliance with regulations, policies, and professional standards
Oversee the Occupational Therapy policy and procedure manual for top-notch care
Evaluate and treat patients 80% of your time, making a real difference in their lives
Contribute to program development and administrative tasks 20% of the time

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license in California
Experience supervising COTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians
Strong knowledge of State Practice Act
Proven leadership in clinical oversight and compliance

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluation, treatment standards, discharge planning, and documentation
Program development and administrative savvy
Commitment to professional standards and patient-centered care
