Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily activities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Document patient observations clearly and timely in charting systems
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control procedures
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans
Support safe patient transfers and ensure proper use of assistive devices

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with direct patient care
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic vital sign measurement and patient monitoring
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Patient transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Clear documentation and basic electronic charting familiarity
Compassionate communication with patients and care teams
