Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility in a respectful manner
Measure and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely in resident charts and care plans
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate clearly and collaboratively with nurses, therapists, residents, and families
Participate in care planning and follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (PA credentials preferred)
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable assisting with personal care and transfers
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Willingness to complete required background checks and facility onboarding

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Familiarity with vital signs, infection control, and safety procedures
Ability to document care clearly and follow care plans
Good observational skills to notice and report changes in resident condition
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for residents and families
Dependable time management and ability to work well within a care team
