Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing
Adhere to departmental and facility policies and standards of nursing practice
Utilize clinical databases and applicable software for patient care documentation

Qualifications

1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience required
Alaska RN license required
BLS certification required
BSN preferred

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PC use and applicable software
Skilled in clinical databases and peripheral equipment
Knowledge of nursing process and primary nursing principles
