Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any concerning changes
Assist nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and resident transfers
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Document care and observations clearly and promptly in resident charts
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering dignity and respect

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid authorization to work in the U.S. (if applicable)
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings (TB, immunizations) as required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work an 8-hour shift schedule
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed certified nursing assistant (CNA) training program

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
Familiarity with taking vital signs and observing changes in condition
Basic charting and documentation skills
Understanding of infection control and resident safety practices
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nursing staff
