Location: Turtle Lake, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend and holidays, rotating schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support patients with dementia, pneumonia, and other common diagnoses
Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a CNA
Previous travel experience is required
BLS certification (required)
Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit facility

Education

CNA certification (active and in good standing)

Knowledge & Skills

Direct patient care and medical floor nursing skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dementia and pneumonia care
