Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
- Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Genuine passion for helping others thrive
- Reliable transportation to our Smethport facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals
- Excellent communication with residents and staff
- Attention to detail in all tasks
- Empathy and patience in every interaction
