Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility) with patience and respect
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in condition promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire if required by facility
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Comfortable with standing, lifting, and assisting patients as part of daily care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care principles and safe handling techniques
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Good observational skills to notice changes in patient condition
Familiarity with charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and universal precautions
Teamwork, time management, and reliable follow-through
