Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies and LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, documenting each step clearly
• Monitor patient condition, report changes to the interdisciplinary team, and escalate concerns promptly
• Support ADLs (activities of daily living) and promote patient comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to coordinate efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate, timely charting to ensure continuity and legal compliance

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (must be valid in New Hampshire)
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass facility-required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Previous practical nursing experience preferred but new grads with solid clinical preparation are welcome

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with basic nursing assessments and vital signs interpretation
• Comfortable with electronic health record charting and computerized med administration
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient education skills
