Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Help patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding as needed
- Accurately take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
- Document care in a timely and precise manner to support continuity
- Collaborate with the nursing team and other staff to deliver patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential - VT or NH
- Completion of a state-approved LNA training program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by facility
- Ability to meet standard facility requirements such as background checks and immunizations
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Education
- Completion of state-approved LNA program; high school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Infection control and safe patient handling practices
- Clear, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
- Dependability, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
