Shift Type: Evenings/Nights (per diem; days vary), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Support the nursing team by taking and recording vital signs and observations
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident record
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Help create a warm, dignified environment that respects resident preferences and routines
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (LNA) active in VT or NH
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
- Comfort working evenings and overnight shifts
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on per diem assignments
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Education
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in providing personal care and assisting with ADLs
- Competent with taking and recording vital signs
- Basic charting and documentation skills; comfort learning facility EHR
- Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff and residents
- Knowledge of standard infection control and safety procedures
