Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily needs
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the care team
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Support safe mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques
• Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification; T-CNA classification noted for this role
• Comfortable working the listed day shift (6:45 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Reliable personal transportation required; facility notes Uber is not a reliable option
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work positively with a team
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Education

• CNA / T-CNA certification (current)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with resident care and ADLs
• Basic clinical skills such as vital signs and observation
• Accurate documentation and time management
• Infection control and safe patient handling
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
