Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that makes each resident feel valued
Assist with daily living activities to help residents maintain dignity and independence
Monitor and report changes in condition so the care team can respond quickly
Support mobility and safety so residents can move confidently throughout their day
Build meaningful connections that turn routine tasks into moments of trust and comfort

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Maine or compact state
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Infection control and hygiene standards
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Assistance with ADLs and mobility support
Electronic health record systems
