Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
- Assemble instrument trays with precision and attention to detail
- Execute proper sterilization techniques to ensure patient safety
- Handle scope reprocessing with care and expertise
- Support the OR team by maintaining sterile supplies and equipment
- Prepare for upcoming robotic surgery capabilities including da Vinci system
Qualifications
- Current CRCST certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience in sterile processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Knowledge & Skills
- Decontamination procedures and protocols
- Instrument assembly and sterilization techniques
- Scope reprocessing best practices
- Knowledge of basic ortho, general, gyn, and GI procedures
- Understanding of hospital sterile processing standards
