Sonographer
Location: Durango, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, variable days with weekend and call requirements
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound studies that directly impact patient care
- Conduct procedures including drains and biopsies with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging
- Maintain accurate documentation using Fuji EPIC systems
- Provide 8-10+ scans daily while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Qualifications
- Current RDMS certification (General or OBGYN) required
- BLS certification required
- RVT preferred, RDCS a bonus
- Strong experience in General and OBGYN ultrasound procedures
- Vascular ultrasound experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in General, OBGYN, and Vascular ultrasound techniques
- Proficiency with Philips ultrasound equipment
- Experience with Fuji EPIC EMR and PACS systems
- Ability to perform procedures including drains and biopsies
- Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
