Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to medical-surgical and cardiac patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and families with compassion, empowering them on their health journey
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent experience in MS or Cardio nursing preferred
Completed specialty competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
Proficiency in patient monitoring and telemetry
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in acute care
