Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms to ensure patient safety
Provide direct nursing care and assessments for telemetry patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery

Qualifications

Current and active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
At least 1 year of telemetry or step-down experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate patient-centered care approach
