Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform thorough assessments and triage patients based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Monitor patient conditions and intervene promptly in critical situations
Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
PALS certification a plus
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing best practices
Trauma and cardiac care
Patient assessment and triage
IV therapy and phlebotomy
Electronic health record proficiency
