Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, per diem shifts as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs to support patient health
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver personalized care
Assist with mobility and transfers to promote independence

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in a long-term care setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and infection control practices
Ability to use standard medical equipment (e.g., blood pressure cuffs, thermometers)
Effective time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
