Shift Type: Flexible schedule; example shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
Support residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS (CPR) certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and vital sign measurement
