Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care that promotes comfort and enhances quality of life for residents
- Lead and mentor Resident Assistants with coaching, training, and education on proper nursing techniques
- Deliver safe, professional care following facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
- Coordinate individualized plans of care that respect each resident's dignity and choices
- Maintain strong assessment skills and ensure accurate, timely medication administration
- Champion safety protocols and infection control standards to protect residents, visitors, and staff
Qualifications
- Current Alaska LPN licensure required
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association required
- 1 year of Long Term Care nursing experience preferred
- New graduates welcome with 8-12 month preceptorship support
Education
- Associate's degree in nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Leadership ability to guide and support nursing assistants
- Commitment to resident-centered care and dignity
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
