Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate speech therapy services to patients across 11 counties in the Elizabethtown and Bardstown region
Treat approximately 6 patients per day with a focus on CVA and aphasia recovery
Deliver personalized care plans in patients' homes throughout a large service territory
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

Qualifications

Active Kentucky SLP license required at time of submission
CCC-SLP certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in home health settings
Willingness to travel across a large territory covering 11 counties

Knowledge & Skills

Home health experience working with CVA and aphasia patients
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Comfortable working independently across a wide geographic area
Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
