End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
Circulate and scrub in the OR for cesarean sections when needed
Titrate critical drips such as Pitocin, LR, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Monitor fetal strips and respond quickly to obstetrical emergencies
Collaborate with OB techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries

Qualifications

Active RN license (90-day emergency license available if needed)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable titrating drips and reading fetal monitoring strips

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of LDRP workflows and AWHONN guidelines
Skilled in fetal monitoring and emergency response
Familiar with GE Centricity EFM system
Ability to work in a closed unit with occasional floating only in emergencies
