Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures
Assist surgeons during complex heart and vascular surgeries
Maintain sterile fields and handle specialized surgical instruments
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety
Monitor and restock surgical supplies throughout procedures

Qualifications

Current Surgical Tech certification
Experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures
Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiovascular surgical procedures
Sterile technique and infection control
Surgical instrumentation
Operating room protocols
Team collaboration
