Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with flexible start times; block scheduling available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures
Assist surgeons during CVOR cases including robotics procedures with training provided if needed
Collaborate with the cath lab team during hybrid cases and provide standby support when needed
Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team throughout every procedure
Float to Main OR when needed and contribute to a seamless patient care experience

Qualifications

Active Washington state license required
BLS certification required
Robotics experience preferred but not required - training available
Scrub experience preferred for RNs but not required
Ability to take call with 30-minute response time

Knowledge & Skills

EPIC electronic medical record system
Cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgical procedures
Robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci XI)
Call rotation and flexible scheduling
Team collaboration across CVOR and Main OR
