Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 12-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Respond quickly and confidently to a variety of emergency situations
Manage patient flow from direct bedding to quick triage when the department is full
Provide comprehensive nursing care including monitoring, medication administration, and patient education
Support a trauma level 4 facility serving the local community near the scenic Cabbage Hill

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon or compact)
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of emergency department experience
Self-motivated, independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable working with Meditech EMR
Ability to manage all aspects of emergency patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
