Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, including 2 weekends per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients with lower acuity needs
Perform all lab draws, EKGs, and patient transfers with precision
Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers to stabilize and transfer critically ill patients
Maintain positive culture and teamwork while delivering excellent patient experiences
Float to Litchfield and Glendale FSED locations as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Ability to pass DYS exam prior to offer acceptance
Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings
Clean-shaven for men to meet fit test requirements
Must have reliable personal vehicle for travel between facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Strong sterile field technique and infection control practices
Competency in Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes
Ability to work in a 12-bed emergency department with 1:4 ratios
Experience with lower acuity ESI 3-4 patients including abdominal pain and headaches
Comfortable floating between multiple free-standing emergency departments
