Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced L&D unit
Circulate in the OR for C-sections and support safe surgical outcomes
Titrate critical drips such as Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate with precision and care
Perform thorough newborn assessments and deliver routine baby care during postpartum floats
Collaborate with a dedicated team of OB/Neonatologists, CRNAs, and support staff 24/7
Float to Postpartum and occasionally serve as a sitter to support unit needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact license
BLS and NRP certifications required
Minimum one year of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Ability to circulate in the OR and care for high-risk OB patients
Strong teamwork, flexibility, and positive attitude

EFM monitoring with Obix system
