Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts with on-call requirements; specific shift times to be confirmed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical, observation, and telemetry patients
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team
Float to other units as needed to support patient care
Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona (must be currently active)
Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
Willingness to float as needed within the facility
Must live outside a 100-mile radius from the hospital
Commitment to a 13-week contract with possible extension

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing
Proficient in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and unit needs
