Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients, treating each person with dignity and respect
Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate changes
Document patient status and interventions clearly and promptly
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license — Pennsylvania licensure preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) encouraged if relevant
Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-first mindset
Previous acute care experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical preparation are welcome to apply

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competency
Proficient documentation and electronic health record use
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and patient education ability
