Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality critical care to ICU patients
Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
Administer medications and therapies safely, following protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute care plans
Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively at handoff
Support families with clear, empathetic updates and education

Qualifications

Active RN license in or eligible for Louisiana licensure
Clinical experience in ICU or critical care (ICU listed as core skill)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical ICU knowledge and critical care assessment
Familiarity with monitoring equipment and ICU workflows
Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in high-acuity situations
Clear, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
