Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU
Monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond to changes rapidly
Administer medications and therapies safely and according to policy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana or compact license if applicable
Minimum ICU experience preferred; critical care background a plus
Current BLS certification; ACLS and other critical care certifications preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care monitoring and ventilator management familiarity
Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of infection control and ICU best practices
