Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 8-hour shift (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with hiring team)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and care plans
- Communicate clearly with nurses, physicians, and family members
- Support daily living activities with dignity and respect
- Participate in team huddles and contribute to quality improvement
Qualifications
- Active LPN license (or equivalent) — ready to practice in Pennsylvania
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude
- Ability to pass background and health screenings as required
Education
- LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Foundational nursing skills including assessments and documentation
- Medication administration and charting best practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or clinical charting
- Infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during an 8-hour shift
