Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a measurable difference every day
Perform thorough assessments and create clear, actionable care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Document patient care promptly and accurately in the medical record
Educate patients and families to support recovery and promote health
Respond quickly and professionally to urgent changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact license where applicable
Minimum clinical experience as an RN preferred; new graduates may be considered depending on unit
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) a plus depending on unit
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital sign interpretation
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
IV therapy and basic wound care knowledge
Electronic medical record usage and accurate charting
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
