Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients
• Monitor and interpret complex patient data and respond quickly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators and advanced life support interventions
• Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy during stressful times
• Document patient status and nursing interventions accurately and timely
• Mentor and support peers to maintain a strong, cohesive ICU team

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license (compact/reciprocity requirements may apply)
• Minimum ICU experience preferred — comfort with ventilators, drips, and critical care monitoring
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong critical thinking and ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass facility credentialing and background checks

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of critical care protocols and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced airway care
• Familiarity with EHR documentation and medication administration best practices
• Skilled in rapid assessment, prioritization, and emergency response
• Patient- and family-centered care approach with cultural sensitivity
