Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with a dedicated team to assess, stabilize, and treat a variety of ER cases
Manage patient flow from direct bedding to quick triage as needed
Respond swiftly to trauma situations in a Level 4 trauma center
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms while delivering timely interventions
Coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon or 90-day emergency license eligibility
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of recent ER nursing experience
Strong critical thinking and self-motivation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Comfortable managing all aspects of ER care including holds and psych patients
Proficient with Meditech EMR
Skilled in working alongside RT staff and utilizing in-house imaging
