Shift Type: Flexible 12.5-hour shifts, days and nights available, based on department needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
Triage patients efficiently and manage acute conditions with confidence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving treatments
Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to changes in condition
Document care accurately and maintain high standards of patient safety

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state)
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
PALS certification strongly preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
Proficient in EHR systems and charting
Excellent teamwork and patient advocacy skills
