Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
Perform timely patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient care and communicate clearly during handoffs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Support a calm, comfortable environment for patients and families overnight

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classification (as listed in the order)
Comfortable working overnight per diem shifts and adaptable to variable scheduling
Professional, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
Ability to pass facility credentialing and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Basic clinical skills relevant to nursing care
Clear, timely clinical communication and teamwork
Good time management and ability to prioritize in a busy nighttime environment
