Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in radiology, including portable and trauma studies
• Provide imaging support in the operating room and during surgical procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot GE radiography equipment, C-arm (OEC) and O-arm (Medtronics) safely
• Assist with fluoroscopic procedures as needed and collaborate with procedural teams
• Document exams and patient information accurately in Cerner RadNet
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and ensure proper patient positioning
• Communicate clearly with patients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate care
• Participate in weekend rotations and adapt to changing unit needs

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Minimum 2+ years experience in diagnostic radiology (portable, OR, ED/trauma experience highly preferred)
• Proven experience with portable imaging, trauma imaging, and surgical/OR imaging
• Familiarity with Cerner RadNet and GE radiography equipment preferred
• Comfort working rotating shifts and weekend coverage
• Team-player attitude with ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

Knowledge & Skills

• Diagnostic Imaging and Portable Radiography expertise
• Operating Room (OR) radiology and surgical imaging experience
• ED trauma imaging skills and ability to work in high-acuity settings
• Fluoroscopy procedures (preferred) and safe radiation practices
• Hands-on experience with GE equipment, C-arm (OEC) and O-arm (Medtronics)
• Proficient documentation skills in Cerner RadNet
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
