Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare patients for imaging while explaining procedures and providing compassionate support
Position patients and equipment to capture high-quality X-rays, mammograms, or CT scans
Ensure safety by monitoring radiation protection and shielding to minimize exposure
Evaluate images for technical quality and accuracy
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in systems
Collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians to determine the best imaging approaches

Qualifications

2 years Rad Tech experience required
ARRT certification required (facility will review applicants who may not have it or have active copies)
Open to local candidates within 50 miles of Comanche County

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in imaging procedures including X-rays, mammograms, and CT scans
Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of radiation safety regulations
Proficiency in image evaluation and record keeping
