Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with inspiring supervision and staff training
Develop innovative therapy programs tailored to physician instructions using heat, cold, manual therapy, and more
Deliver hands-on patient care including exercises, gait training, and balance re-education
Manage department budget and order essential supplies for top-notch service
Observe patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and collaborate with physicians on long-term plans
Schedule treatments and prepare insightful progress reports to drive results

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school
Five years of practical physical therapy experience
Three years management experience in a Rehab Therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities
Expertise in patient care and therapy program development
Budget management prowess
Excellent communication for reports, presentations, and patient education
Problem-solving with mathematical concepts like ratios and statistics
