Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care by assisting residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing
Support meal times to ensure everyone enjoys nutritious and pleasant dining experiences
Collaborate with the team across two floors, floating as needed to provide seamless support
Perform essential CNA tasks in a long-term care setting, making a real difference in residents' lives every shift

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ready for a quick start and flexible to float between floors
Passionate about providing person-centered care

Education

Valid CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong skills in assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
Familiarity with long-term care routines and resident needs
Team player mindset for a supportive floor environment
