Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct resident care under RN or LVN supervision
Assist residents with daily living activities to enhance their independence
Provide personal care and comfort measures that truly make a difference
Maintain a safe, clean environment fostering resident well-being
Support the team in creating positive experiences for all

Qualifications

Current California CNA certificate
BLS AHA certification
High school graduate or equivalent

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong English verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport
Basic computer skills for seamless documentation
