Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate crisis intervention to support patients in need
Provide psychotherapy and family therapy to foster healing and connection
Manage comprehensive case plans that make a real difference in lives
Guide referrals and admissions with expertise and care
Collaborate with doctors and staff to navigate complex cases seamlessly

Qualifications

Current valid Hawaii licensed social worker (LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW required)
Current valid driver's license preferred
One year of professional social work experience in healthcare preferred

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program (Master's preferred)
Doctoral degree in social work also accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in crisis intervention and psychotherapy
Skilled in family therapy and case management
Strong ability to provide technical guidance to healthcare teams
