Deliver exceptional care on the Open Heart Team in a bustling operating room
Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Serve patients and families with compassion during critical procedures
Adapt to dynamic shifts including call to support 24/7 heart surgery needs

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
3+ years Operating Room experience
Cardiac Open-Heart experience
BSN preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years

Education

BSN preferred; commitment to obtain within 3 years with relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in CVOR procedures
Strong Operating Room proficiency
Open Heart surgical knowledge
Team collaboration in high-stakes environments
