Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direction and guidance to hospital staff on policies and procedures
Solve problems and optimize utilization of nursing resources
Organize workflow and ensure staff understand their duties
Monitor employee productivity with constructive feedback and coaching
Make administrative decisions in collaboration with clinical leaders and CNO
Respond to patient and family concerns with compassion

Qualifications

Licensed registered nurse in Montana
Minimum 3 years RN experience in hospital setting
Recent ICU experience preferred
CPR required, ACLS and PALS required or obtained within 6 months

Education

Degree from a Nursing Program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced nursing principles and procedures
Post-operative and medical patient care
Cardiac monitoring expertise
Exceptional leadership and people skills
Customer service orientation
Critical thinking and flexibility
Ability to handle busy workloads and special projects
