Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize workflows, schedules, and referrals to cut wait times and improve flow
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness every day
Recruit, train, and develop staff for peak performance
Drive continuous improvement in outpatient specialty services
Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and service excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency within 3 months
Manager Competency within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
